Full Job Description
One Federal Solution is seeking a Post Tracking System (PTS) Support Analyst to support a Government Client by providing analytical, operational, and technical support for the organization's Post Tracking System (PTS). The successful candidate will help maintain data integrity, support system users, analyze operational trends, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop reports that enhance program effectiveness and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Support liaison activities with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve programming issues, nuisance alarms, and physical security system concerns.
  • Review and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and standards related to physical security systems.
  • Develop and maintain procedures supporting the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of data within the Post Tracking System (PTS).
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of regionally supplied data to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Coordinate data integrity reviews and prepare status reporting presentations.
  • Coordinate Operations and Maintenance (O&M) efforts with the Information Technology Division (ITD) and PTS contractor.
  • Provide guidance on the implementation, setup, and configuration of PTS Onsite Handheld Devices (OHDs).
  • Develop written guidance, training materials, and implementation documentation for PTS OHDs and Microsoft Intune.
  • Track mobile device compliance and implementation efforts throughout the organization.
  • Conduct statistical reporting and trend analysis using Post Tracking System data.
  • Track Help Desk issues, monitor ServiceNow trends, and coordinate responses with Headquarters and regional personnel.
  • Validate information contained within PTS and develop data-driven reports utilizing system reporting functions.
  • Gather and document requirements for Post Order Templates within PTS.
  • Assist in preparing law enforcement and protective security information briefings for stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, executive briefings, presentations, and other project documentation supporting program objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years conducting analytical and support activities related to information systems, operations, or program support.
  • Experience analyzing data and preparing reports, dashboards, or executive briefings.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience validating data quality and maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and organizational components.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government information systems or operational support programs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Intune deployments or mobile device management.
