Full Job Description
We are seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our team in New York City. We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.

This is a W2 Position.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Post-Doctoral Program Supervisor to oversee and elevate our Post-Doc training program. In this role, you'll prepare doctoral candidates for licensure by ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality clinical care, supported by strong supervision, documentation oversight, and a deep commitment to professional growth. You'll maintain your own clinical caseload while leading a small team of Post-Doc Supervisors and Candidates, shaping the next generation of independent practitioners.

This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for a licensed psychologist who loves mentoring early-career clinicians and thrives in a values-driven, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Supervision & Training
  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Post-Doc Candidates
  • >
  • Coordinate and oversee monthly didactics trainings, including securing trainers and reviewing materials for trainings

  • One to three days in Manhattan office to provide in-person support for post-doc candidates

Clinical Quality Oversight
  • Maintain a clinical caseload alongside your supervisory responsibilities (approx. 20 sessions/week)

  • Monitor, review and sign off on documentation, and reinforce quality and timeliness standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in good standing in New York

$130,000 - $150,000 a year

$130,000 - $150,000 base salary with an opportunity for a yearly bonus.
