Post Acute Administrator – Extended Care Unit
Position Summary
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Lead and direct the overall operations of the Extended Care Unit with 24/7 accountability in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent quality of care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of three (3) years related experience and one (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience. Previous Nursing home administrator experience preferred as well as SNF administrator license.
Minimum Education
Master’s degree preferred
Required Skills
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
Coordination:
Keep others informed of progress on work activities to ensure efficient coordination of activities.
Program coordination:
Evaluates success of program and reports to CEO, Board, etc. as appropriate.
Marketing:
Lead and monitor Stakeholders to play an active role in carrying out the marketing plan
