Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and help ensure a high standard of resident care.

Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead department managers and promote strong interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Oversee staffing, budgeting, census development, and facility resources.
- Support recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and staff development.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and resident-centered care.
Qualifications- Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and facility operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and lead a multidisciplinary team.
