Job Description:

The Portfolio Analyst serves as a key sales planning partner across One Demand team. Owning the creation and delivery of Sales Planning Toolkit is a critical component of the role, as it enables the ability for our sales teams to properly plan. The planning toolkit is inclusive of factsheets, price list, product planning information file, and sales samples. Working proactively across all cell marketing teams, customer marketing, and sales is a primary responsibility of this associate to maintain clear ways of working and timely delivery of all non-seasonal sales samples within the sales readiness timeline.

This role is based in Chicago, IL with regular in-office collaboration expected. Flexibility is a key enable, empowering associates to make choices that support both business outcomes and personal needs, including occasional remote work.

What are we looking for?
  • 2+Years professional experience working with leading multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
  • Familiarity with customer base and working knowledge of retail landscape
  • Knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances
  • Technical knowledge skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP knowledge would be a nice to have)
  • Availability to travel 10-15% of time


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Owning creation and delivery of Sales Planning Toolkit materials (including factsheets, portfolio planning information (PPI)
  • Assist Sales Infrastructure team in template creation process
  • Manage innovation imagery in Aprimo
  • Manage Non-Seasonal Innovation Sales Samples & relationship with our third-party vendor, Archway
  • Support innovation sales samples requests for ad hoc requests: trade shows and customer meetings
  • Partner across the Sales Readiness deliverables through cross-functional partners
  • Manage price lists
  • Provide total Portfolio customer marketing team with analytical and collaborative support

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
