About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Portfolio Planning, Intake & Prioritization Lead Business Execution Consultant.  Responsible for portfolio planning, intake management, prioritization, capacity planning, and portfolio analysis across the Cards and Personal Loans portfolio. Partners closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations leaders to assess new demand, evaluate portfolio impacts, align strategic priorities with available capacity, and support investment and roadmap decisions.

Provides data-driven insights, executive reporting, and decision support to enable informed prioritization, planning, and organizational decisions. In this role, you will:

  • Lead intake management processes for new business, regulatory, risk, and technology-driven demand.
  • Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, customer needs, regulatory commitments, and delivery capacity.
  • Drive annual and in-year portfolio planning activities, including demand forecasting, scenario planning, and capacity analysis.
  • Develop portfolio analytics, executive reporting, dashboards, and leadership presentation materials.
  • Assess impacts of proposed initiatives on roadmap commitments, delivery capacity, funding, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and provide prioritization recommendations.
  • Support investment planning and portfolio decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and business insights.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, key dependencies, risks, constraints, and emerging demand trends.
  • Lead cross-functional planning efforts and change initiatives that improve portfolio transparency, decision-making, and execution outcomes.
  • Prepare materials and recommendations for senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in portfolio planning, demand management, intake management, prioritization, capacity planning, portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning and prioritization activities across Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting large, complex portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Financial services experience, preferably within Cards, Lending, Consumer Banking, or Technology organizations.
  • Knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles, roadmap planning, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Experience facilitating portfolio trade-off discussions and developing recommendations for senior executives.
