Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Technology Portfolio Optimization Lead executes workforce and financial analysis and reporting for Global information Security technology project spend, including vendor contracts and associated headcount tracking, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and alignment to enterprise financial controls. Collaborates with product managers, finance, and project stakeholders to provide informed decision-making through financial reporting, accrual processes, and trend monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end financial reporting of GIS Technology Project Spend, with a specific focus on strategic products and contract obligations and correlated headcount decisions.
  • Monthly updates on project and vendor spend to Cybersecurity Tech Exec and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Indirect support for product managers and GIS Line Of Business as they navigate the economic and financial impact of their product decisions.
  • Ad hoc financial modeling of prospective contractual obligations.
  • Primary liaison to central financial and COO organizations for representation of total cost.
  • Direct support of GIS Annual Transformation Budget of ~$110MM. Monthly consult with project and product managers to ensure initiative budget is accurately reflected and reported.
  • Requires strong knowledge of accrual accounting and various bank payment mechanisms.
  • Will frequently interface with GIS LOB, GIS Finance, GIS Economics, Product Managers, Project Managers and Vendors.
  • Manage and report on financial and headcount trends across project execution and delivery.
  • Partner across product owners to determine.


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of finance, product management, business operations, workforce/headcount or strategic planning.
  • Ability to create ad hoc financial reports
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong business-centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgement and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcome

Pay range

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
