Manage and grow a portfolio of complex private banking and commercial relationships while ensuring strong credit quality and client satisfaction. This role blends financial analysis, relationship support, and risk management to drive sound lending decisions. Key Accountabilities- Manage a portfolio of private banking and commercial relationships to ensure strong credit quality and client retention
- Analyze financial statements and cash flows to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate structures
- Prepare credit presentations and opportunity memos, clearly outlining risks, mitigants, and profitability
- Monitor portfolio performance, including loan repayments, financial condition, and covenant compliance
- Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client needs and manage renewals
- Conduct annual reviews and risk rating assessments to maintain accurate portfolio oversight
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across banking services to deepen client relationships
- Participate in client meetings and community activities to strengthen market presence
Education & ExperienceRequired:- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of private banking or commercial banking experience with strong credit expertise handling complex relationships
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Preferred:- Experience managing large, complex credit portfolios and mentoring junior team members
