Your role at a glanceThe Portfolio Enablement Specialist supports execution of capital funding requests and project approvals required to deliver the global capacity roadmap. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Growth & Enablement, this role assists in preparing documentation, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and tracking projects through investment governance processes.
The Specialist plays a key operational role in ensuring funding packages are complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise standards. This position supports the conversion of approved portfolio plans into investment-ready project submissions and helps maintain transparency across governance and approval workflows.
What we are looking for KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capital Enablement Support
- Assist in preparation of funding requests, business case documentation, and investment submission materials aligned to the approved global capacity roadmap.
- Compile project-level scope, phasing, and assumption details into standardized templates.
- Support validation of financial inputs in collaboration with Finance and Investment teams.
- Ensure required documentation and supporting materials are complete prior to governance review.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Gather scope, cost, and schedule inputs from Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and IT teams.
- Coordinate follow-ups and track outstanding items required to advance approval packages.
- Support collaboration across Legal, Risk, and governance stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness.
- Governance & Approvals Tracking
- Track project progress through capital approval workflows and maintain status updates.
- Prepare supporting materials for portfolio reviews and investment forums.
- Maintain records of approvals, conditions, assumptions, and governance decisions.
- Escalate documentation gaps or timeline risks to leadership.
- Requirements & Readiness Support
- Coordinate documentation with the Data Center Requirements Office (DCRO) to ensure OPR-related inputs are included where required.
- Ensure readiness artifacts are organized prior to project handoff to delivery teams.
- Process & Documentation Discipline
- Maintain standardized enablement tracking tools and approval logs.
- Identify documentation inconsistencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure clear and organized record-keeping for audit and reference purposes.
KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3-6 years of experience in capacity planning, capital planning support, portfolio analytics, or infrastructure-related roles.
- Experience within data center, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure-intensive environments preferred.
- Experience supporting business case documentation, governance tracking, or investment submissions.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, ERP, CRM/CPQ, or financial planning tools preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Remain stationary for long periods of time.
- Operate computer, peripherals and other office equipment.
- Primarily sitting with some walking, standing and bending.
- Able to hear and speak into a telephone or computer based telecommunication system
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
- Availability across global time zones.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and loud noises.
- Travel may be required.

Compensation Pay Range"This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $123,000.00 - $150,000.00.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
