Full Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the account administration for Banking clients; responds to client inquiries, produces reports and oversees transaction processing. Also responsible for assisting Private Bankers in business development; creating client presentations and coordinating with the CSST servicing team. Resolves all types of operational or processing issues.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Manages complex banking, credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities for investment management and fiduciary services
• Acts as key contact to client’s senior management for evaluation and implementation of financing strategies and treasury management practices through creative ideas and problem solving
• Communicates with client on emerging issues, bank products/services, and legal/regulatory changes translating the impact on our client’s activities and banking services
• Identifies opportunities and develops an on-going marketing strategy for specific clients.
• Responds to inquiries from clients and ensures resolution of service or operations issues. Documents in eRM to maintain record of problem and resolution
• Advises and consults with clients as it relates to Goals Driven Wealth Management
• Applies in-depth knowledge of credit policy, banking products as well as risk management in providing the best solutions and developing new opportunities
• Assists borrowers in managing risk, including interest rate risk thru the use special pricing conditions and interest rates Swaps
• Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
• Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
• Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
• Solves complex problems
Successful candidate will benefit from having the following competencies:
- At least 3+ years in financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience In-depth knowledge of finance and relevant business segment specific issues are required to manage client relationships.
- Knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations and completion of the lending program is required to evaluate credit risk.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills and ability to develop new business required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Salary Range:
$94,620 - 160,740 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
