Position Overview

As a Portfolio Analyst - Equities within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

This position is with the Custom and Direct Indexing (CDI) team, a proprietary investment team that sits within the Asset Management Group (AMG) Investment Office. The team employs a systematic investment approach to build portfolios of index constituents, leveraging quantitative optimization methods to balance active risk with client objectives. The team manages approximately $9Billion in AUM.

Job Description
  • Manages Separately Managed Account Portfolios to client specific objectives and portfolio restrictions. Supports portfolio management in monitoring portfolio risk exposures, cash flows and tolerance bands.
  • Generates reports independently that support portfolio management effort. Makes effective recommendations to portfolio managers due to cash flow impacts.
  • Manages portfolio risk profile in line with client expectations and investment strategies. Utilizes expertise to make generally accepted recommendations.
  • Communicates research, positioning and performance of portfolio management strategies to internal resources within their team. Assists technology team with analyzing and recommending portfolio management enhancements
  • Administers/oversees analyst training, as well as, organizes and connects day to day activities with team of analysts
