Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers finalizing paperwork in the F&I office
  • Submit credit applications to financial institutions per management guidelines
  • Negotiate financing terms to secure the best buy-rate

  • Prepare compliant paperwork adhering to relevant regulations
  • Collect due payments and verify funds with accounting

What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group's Porsche San Francisco dealership is seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting and growing company with a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
  • Greet sold customers and invite them into the F&I office to finalize their paperwork.
  • Submit credit applications for pending deals to financial institutions for approval according to management's guidelines.
  • Strive to obtain the lowest buy-rate (cost) for financing, paying careful attention to penetration quotas necessary for discounts on floor plan rate.
  • Maintain a current folder or binder containing all extended warranty policy costs and guidelines, insurance rates, and financing buy-rates.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork paying careful attention to completeness and conformity with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collect any monies due or verify funds with the accounting office.
  • Maintain all state licenses required to sell insurance and extended warranty policies.
  • Train the sales force on how to prepare customers for F&I.
  • Keep a log of all deals completed in finance, deals in accounting, and pending deals with their status.
  • Prepare a daily report of all unit totals, gross and F&I profit totals.
  • Maintain the F&I forms library, making sure that the most current and accurate forms are being used.
  • Submit the contracts to each lender with all the proper documentation to ensure prompt payment and maintain a record of when and how contracts were submitted.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and coworkers.

The opportunity is for you if you have:
  • Prior automotive sales, F&I, or loan officer experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check


Pay range for this role is: $150,000 - $350,000

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity.
