Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update our global policies focusing on policy requirements for harmful and dangerous activities, suicide and self-harm, graphic violence and other areas.
  • Identify policy issues that may affect Google and understand their impact, and manage high-impact policy escalations and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement product policies and standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and launch products that promote user trust and uphold Google's policies.
  • Incorporate AI tools into core work, and understand the use and impact of AI tools in the YouTube creator ecosystem.
