Responsibilities
The Project Integrator will support the Sponsor by providing technical integration and programmatic support to a policy office.
- Develop and coordinate policy among stakeholders on behalf of the Front Office (FO).
- Provide direct support to the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- Maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback.
- Design and modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information tailored to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions.
- Assist in identifying and tracking action items, monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives, coordinating project schedules, and capturing meeting minutes.
- Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks on all outgoing documents and presentations.
- Assist in identifying and defining process efficiencies.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- BS 8-10 Years, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating policy among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience engaging and collaborating with external partners to develop enhanced communications and solutions responsive to the Sponsor's requirements.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentation and briefing development.
- Ability to maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback.
- Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
