Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective).
Remove impediments and manage dependencies to maintain team velocity.
Coach the team in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and release planning.
