Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Delivery Lead / PMO to support project delivery governance, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Operating in an onshore environment, the individual will act as a bridge between delivery teams, leadership, and clients, maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
Responsibilities - Support project delivery governance and execution tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams, leadership, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Streamline reporting processes to enhance visibility and decision-making.
- Implement structured project management practices to strengthen delivery discipline.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
Mandatory Skills - Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills - Experience in consultancy roles or working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
