Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the assessment of client environments and their current challenges utilizing a structured approach to discover, development and delivery of digital solutions that are fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve their desired outcomes and associated benefits.
  • Manage the interface and transition from legacy systems; as well as the shut down and archiving of solutions,
  • Conduct user training and manage organizational changes that arise due to the implementation and use of solutions, helping client adapt to these changes.
  • Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional solution requirements, end-to-end data processes, governance documents, and security specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and promote these throughout our teams while also inspiring others through commitment and enthusiasm.
  • Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance.
  • Ensure effective communication with all levels of internal and client stakeholders.
  • Translating client data and digital strategy into clear action plans that make a tangible difference and leading performance improvement initiatives.
  • Development of small-scale applications which can be deployed to clients, or for internal use.


Qualifications
  • A degree in one of the following: Computer/ Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 10 years' professional experience in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, software development, project management or information technology.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in the delivery of digital transformation and associated consultancy projects in a relevant sector such as but not limited to real estate, transport, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, defense or central government.
  • Experience in Data and Digital roles; Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Digital Architect, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, including project life cycles, construction processes, and related information management requirements


Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time role is $130,000 - $180,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
