We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team in the Jacksonville, FL area. This position will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of plumbing crews while ensuring work meets project specifications, quality standards, schedule requirements, and safety expectations.
Compensation & BenefitsPay: $49.09-$57.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay is subject to applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates specific to each project/base.

What You'll Do- Lead and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on the jobsite.
- Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment to support project milestones.
- Monitor work progress and ensure installations meet project plans, specifications, and applicable requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and look-ahead schedules.
- Identify and address field challenges while keeping work on schedule and within budget.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with project leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Provide hands-on leadership while maintaining RQ's commitment to Safety, Ethics, Innovation, People, Teamwork, and Discipline.
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman on medium to large-scale projects.
- 3+ years of plumbing or general construction field/trade experience.
- Government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
- Design-Build experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with daily reports, project documentation, and look-ahead planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required; training may be available.
