Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; construction management or engineering coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman on medium to large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of plumbing or general construction field/trade experience.
• Preferred background in government, military, or large commercial construction.
• Design-Build experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with daily reports, project documentation, and look-ahead planning required.
• Mandatory certifications include CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS; training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews on the jobsite.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment for project milestones.
• Monitor work progress and ensure installations meet project specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify and address field challenges while managing schedule and budget.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
• Communicate effectively with project leadership, subcontractors, and field personnel.
