Journeyman 01 or 02 or Master Plumbing License in WA or ID
Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years
Capability to guide and train apprentices
Proficient in using iPads and Service Titan software
Strong customer service skills for diagnosing and selling repairs
Experience in residential plumbing repair, including leak detection and various types of water heaters
Responsibilities
Educate customers about plumbing solutions
Guide and mentor apprentices in plumbing skills
Utilize Service Titan software for service management
Perform residential plumbing repairs and installations
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide feasible solutions
Sell repair options to customers based on diagnostics
Maintain communication with team and management on projects

Compensation: Hourly pay during training period and will move to commission earning $100,000 to $200,000 annually.

What you need:
