Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
Proven ability to guide and train apprentices
Proficient in using iPads and Service Titan software
Strong customer service skills for diagnosing and selling repairs
Experience in residential plumbing repairs including leak location and various water heater types
Responsibilities
Educate customers on plumbing services and solutions
Diagnose customer plumbing issues and recommend repairs
Guide and mentor apprentice plumbers on the field
Utilize Service Titan software for job management
Service and repair various residential plumbing fixtures
Manage customer interactions with a focus on sales

What we offer:
Compensation: Hourly pay during training period and will move to commission earning $100,000 to $200,000 annually.

What you need:
A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
