Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID required
Valid driver's license with a clean record for the past 3 years
Capability to mentor and supervise apprentice plumbers
Proficiency with iPads and Service Titan software
Strong customer service skills for selling plumbing solutions
Experience in residential plumbing repairs, including various appliances and services
Responsibilities
Educate customers primarily focused on plumbing sales
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
Guide and train apprentice plumbers in fieldwork
Utilize Service Titan software for customer management
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Compensation: Hourly pay during training period and will move to commission earning $100,000 to $200,000 annually.

What you need:
A Journeyman 01 or 02 or Masters Plumbing License in WA or ID
Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
Ability to guide and train an apprentice
Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
Experience with residential plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
