Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background to oversee the successful implementation of the PLM Replacement Program within our organization. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end program/project management process, from initiation to completion, ensuring cohesive delivery, on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including IT and all the business departments to define and integrate multiple project requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and time, to optimize program/project outcomes and ensure efficient execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as software providers and solution integrators, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain an accurate program roadmap, project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.


YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
  • Proven experience over + 10 years as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating on the implementation of PLM and other systems that could be linked with Engineering. Very good knowledge of Siemens and SAP Solutions a +.
  • Experience implementing complex Product Development and Manufacturing projects with Cross-Functional teams.
  • Strong program/project management skills (traditional, hybrid, and/or agile), including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Languages: English and French
