As a Platform Solution Engineer, you will own the technical configuration and backend build of customer environments during implementation. You will translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices.
You will partner closely with an Implementation Manager (IM), who leads the client-facing strategy and delivery, and an Activation Engineer (ACTI), who owns core integration engineering and technical connectivity. While the IM drives project execution and stakeholder alignment, and the ACTI manages integration development, you will focus on building and validating the system configurations that bring the implementation to life.
You will:- Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with best practices
- Configure and deploy backend settings for financial institutions using tools such as JSON and Postman
- Design sustainable solutions that balance customer requests with platform guidelines and long-term stability
- Partner closely with Implementation Managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately executed
- Collaborate with Activation Engineers to ensure configurations align with core integration requirements and constraints
- Provide client-facing support when deep functional or technical expertise is required
- Configure and validate third-party integrations during implementation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to submit detailed enhancement requests and well-documented bug reports
- Test and validate new product functionality pre-GA to ensure quality and implementation readiness
- Maintain clear documentation of configuration decisions, constraints, and customer-specific setups
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
What Success Looks LikeIn the first 6-12 months, a successful Platform Solution Engineer will:- Independently configure customer environments with minimal oversight
- Build increasing functional expertise across deposit account opening workflows and core variations
- Deliver clean, well-documented configurations that minimize rework and post-launch issues

- Demonstrate strong judgment in balancing customer requests with best practices
- Contribute thoughtful feedback to Product and Engineering that improves implementation scalability
- Develop a reputation internally as a reliable and detail-oriented technical partner
