Platform Program Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Platform Program Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our company's platform program. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's platform program, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the platform
- Manage the platform program budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to the platform
- Train and support team members on how to effectively use the platform and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in platform technology to continuously improve our program
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the platform program
- Develop and maintain documentation for the platform program, including user guides and training materials
- Act as the main point of contact for any platform-related inquiries or issues from team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of platform development and implementation processes
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with a standard workweek of 40 hours. The Platform Program Lead may be required to work additional hours to meet project deadlines or attend meetings with clients. The majority of work will be performed in an office setting, with occasional site visits to construction projects.
