This role partners closely with Product Managers, TPMs, Engineers, Business Partners, and Leadership to drive product discovery, planning, delivery, and portfolio alignment while ensuring all product vision, planning, and development activities are grounded in Agile and Product Values & Principles.

As an Agilist, you will:- Lead Agile delivery and execution by facilitating team ceremonies, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and helping teams achieve sprint and roadmap commitments.
- Promote Agile ways of working through coaching, mentoring, and educating teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, roles, and responsibilities.
- Own Agile processes and team health by driving continuous improvement, facilitating retrospectives, establishing working agreements, and identifying Agile anti-patterns.
- Facilitate effective team collaboration through standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, QPP, Walk the Wall, and other planning events.
- Partner with Product Managers and TPMs to maintain prioritized backlogs, support product roadmaps, align strategic objectives, and ensure delivery readiness.
- Drive planning and portfolio alignment by coordinating cross-team dependencies, supporting OKRs, roadmap planning, capacity planning, and portfolio management activities.
- Maintain Scrum discipline and delivery readiness by ensuring adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), backlog quality, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning standards.
- Leverage Agile tools and metrics including Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, Mural, and KYT to provide transparency, support decision-making, and improve delivery effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor team performance metrics to improve predictability, delivery outcomes, customer value, and continuous improvement.
- Support customer-focused product development through discovery, experimentation, personas, story mapping, MVP coaching, and feedback-driven product evolution.
- Manage governance and operational activities including audit readiness, delivery evidence, compliance requirements, team rosters, funding support, staffing coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Demonstrate servant leadership by protecting teams from distractions, promoting focus on business outcomes, fostering collaboration, and supporting the team wherever needed.
This role requires working from one of the posted locations three (3) or more days per week.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience'
- Typically three or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
- Demonstrates deep understanding of target customer through internal/external research and discovery (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, product chartering/mapping experience)
- Strong collaboration with product managers and software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap
- Facilitation of cross-functional human-centered design sessions to build empathy for users, create alignment on customer pain-points, and to identify continuous improvements for the product roadmap
- Preferred skills: product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics
- Preferred License: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
