Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience in the cement or similar industry.
• Knowledge of operational equipment in heavy industry preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and reliability principles essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Self-starter with a proactive and curious mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced AutoCAD and Microsoft Project skills needed.
• Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Administer projects using Oracle Project Accounting and BUU DB.
• Develop project costs and schedules efficiently.
• Oversee the complete execution of projects: design, contracts, purchasing, installation, and commissioning.
• Control and communicate project schedules and costs to management.
• Maintain and organize technical documentation such as drawings and results.
• Implement critical projects to improve plant operations while coordinating across departments.
• Actively engage in the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process to enhance equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support for maintenance activities, focusing on equipment availability.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, leveraging expertise in plant equipment.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations to assist with maintenance and ensure continuity.
