Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine and execute administrative policies through subordinate managers.
• Ensure optimal operation of various departments including Production, Quality, and Human Resources.
• Select, train, and develop staff while promoting inter-departmental harmony.
• Represent the organization in trade associations to enhance company acceptance and monitor trends.
• Exercise general power of attorney, managing operations and safety standards.
• Oversee operations, ensuring smooth functioning and safety compliance.
