Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a Plant Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.
• Proven ability to maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor.
• Experience managing a site P&L of over $25 million.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Prior experience as an interim Plant Manager or Operations Consultant is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily plant performance focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and personnel.
• Oversee site P&L, including management of labor, materials, and capital projects.
• Lead customer, regulatory, and corporate audits, ensuring compliance and standards are met.
• Implement and run the plant operating system with tier meetings, hour-by-hour boards, and process audits.
• Drive Lean initiatives and structured problem-solving methodologies across operations.
• Lead and coach production, maintenance, planning, and quality teams, empowering area leaders.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, training, and succession strategies.
