Plant Manager - Brainerd

The Plant Manager is a senior manufacturing leader responsible for overseeing operations across one or more facilities. This role ensures consistent performance, strong leadership practices, and execution of operational standards while developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Do

Operational Excellence
  • Lead plant operations to achieve best-in-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
  • Drive key metrics such as safety, efficiency, labor utilization, and on-time delivery
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Operational Discipline & Controls
  • Ensure adherence to processes, ERP accuracy, and internal controls
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and transactional discipline
  • Monitor performance and proactively escalate risks with solutions

Financial & Resource Management
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets
  • Align staffing with production needs while meeting cost targets

Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
