Do you have experience as a Senior Associate with strong aptitude and background in reliability, repairing/replacing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment like motors, conveyors, pumps, belts, chains, etc.??? If so, we are looking for you!!!!

 

Maintenance Planner - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Bridgeview, IL

 

Hours: Days E-Shift 6:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday

 

Compensation: Hourly pay rate range $35.36 to $50.74- paid weekly

 

Summary:  Under supervision, is responsible for Maintenance work plans and schedules, including repairs, preventative maintenance and shutdown work.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare schedules based on the directions of the Engineering Manager
  • Determine the material and tools/equipment requirements
  • Ensure Maintenance Planning/Scheduling needs are completed, coordinated, and communicated within all functional areas, including contractor & vendor management.
  • Verify availability of required materials before scheduling work orders
  • Create purchase orders for materials and replacement parts
  • Track status of parts and change status of work schedules based on parts availability
  • Maintain and manage preventative maintenance system schedule
  • Maintain the file system
  • Drive to other facilities or vendors for emergency parts pickup
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or materials management
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read and write fluently in English
  • Mathematical Skills: Must be extremely accurate with numbers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; use common fractions and decimals.

Computer Skills:

  • MS Excel/Access/Word/SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a CMMS such as Maintenance Connection, MP2, Maximo, etc. is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP is preferred.
