Full Job Description
Are you ready to lead manufacturing operations, develop an engaged team, and shape the future of our Memphis site? The role is based in Memphis, Tennessee, USA and is an onsite role. Be part of an experienced, collaborative and solution-oriented team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration. As Plant Manager, you will provide leadership for local operations and align the site with IFF’s global operations strategy. You will guide performance across safety, people, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, productivity and production output while building organizational capability for the future.
