$164,000.00-$225,500.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.   Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. We’re looking for a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our Milan, Ohio Roofing facility—someone who thrives on developing people, driving operational excellence, and creating a culture rooted in safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do As Plant Manager, you will own the performance and culture of the facility, leading all aspects of operations and owning all functions of a manufacturing facility including Environmental, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Finance, SIOP, Maintenance, Capital and Physical Distribution. Leadership & Culture • Provide clear direction, purpose, and vision to a leadership team of 10 direct reports, and approximately 120 indirect reports • Foster a culture of open communication and engagement • Champion JM’s values, with a strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship Operational Excellence • Implement recommendations, drive change initiatives, recognize customer commitment and drive activity for continued quality improvement   • Ensure alignment of plant goals with business objectives and SIOP plans • Optimize productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance Business & Financial Leadership • Own plant financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement • Lead capital investment planning to expand capacity and capabilities • Coordinate resources and operations to meet both short and long-term goals Compliance & Community • Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and regulatory requirements • Represent Johns Manville within the local community and with external agencies What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations.
