POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production facility for manufacturing reinforcement mesh and bars. This role includes managing daily operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management and a solid understanding of steel or construction-related production processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in Wire Mesh manufacturing, steel, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and standard office applications.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
  1. Production Management:
    1. Oversee the production of reinforcement mesh and bars, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
    2. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
    3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, train, and motivate the plant team, including supervisors and production staff.

    1. Develop and manage the plant's operational budget.
    2. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
  7. Strategic Planning:
    1. Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for growth and competitiveness.
    2. Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to enhance production capabilities.
