What you'll do:
• Lead a 600-person manufacturing operation, driving excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People (SQDCIP)
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, strengthening capability, succession, and engagement
• Champion a zero-incident culture, embedding EHS/MESH principles and accountability at every level
• Ensure quality and compliance excellence, including QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma to improve productivity, cost, and performance
• Own plant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital investment decisions (appx; $450M sales)
• Execute strategic and operating plans, deliver annual profit commitments and long-term growth objectives
• Lead KPI-driven performance, using operating reviews, data, and structured problem solving to drive results
• Optimize operations end-to-end, improving capacity, productivity, and asset utilization through SIOP alignment
• Deliver flawless product industrialization, with strong launch execution and a zero-defects mindset
• Drive transformation in complex environments with the ability to rapidly assess issues, execute turnaround strategies and deliver measurable improvements.
Qualifications & Additional Information
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading business turnarounds and delivering measurable
business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree or MBA.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification.
