About the role:

As Plant Manager, you won't just run the plant, you will lead a high-impact operation at the center of this growth. You will own both the performance and the future of the site, driving results across operations, financial performance, and people development.

This is a role for a bold leader who thrives on momentum and accountability. You will energize and guide the plant leadership team to deliver exceptional outcomes in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and growth-turning strategy into action and vision into measurable results.

What you'll do:
Lead a 600-person manufacturing operation, driving excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People (SQDCIP)
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, strengthening capability, succession, and engagement
Champion a zero-incident culture, embedding EHS/MESH principles and accountability at every level
Ensure quality and compliance excellence, including QMS, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma to improve productivity, cost, and performance
Own plant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital investment decisions (appx; $450M sales)
Execute strategic and operating plans, deliver annual profit commitments and long-term growth objectives
Lead KPI-driven performance, using operating reviews, data, and structured problem solving to drive results
Optimize operations end-to-end, improving capacity, productivity, and asset utilization through SIOP alignment
Deliver flawless product industrialization, with strong launch execution and a zero-defects mindset
Drive transformation in complex environments with the ability to rapidly assess issues, execute turnaround strategies and deliver measurable improvements.
