Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the overall performance of our Madisonville manufacturing facility. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving results across safety, quality, production, cost, equipment reliability, and people development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader who can build strong teams, improve operational performance, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant Operations & Performance: Provide overall leadership for production, packaging, warehousing, sanitation, and maintenance. Drive execution against KPIs, production schedules, service expectations, throughput, labor utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, FDA/USDA, HACCP, GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Maintain audit readiness and reinforce ownership of safety and quality throughout the facility.
  • Financial & Business Results: Own plant performance related to labor, materials, operating costs, budgets, and productivity. Use financial and operational data to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, support capital planning, and deliver sustainable results.
  • Operational Excellence & Reliability: Lead continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, process standardization, and equipment reliability initiatives. Partner with maintenance leadership to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.
  • People & Leadership Development: Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership and frontline teams. Establish clear expectations, strengthen accountability, improve employee engagement, and build organizational capability through training, performance management, and succession planning.
