What you will enjoy doing*- You will serve as a process expert in air separation, tracegas measurement equipment, and gas distribution systems
- In this role you will troubleshoot operational issues using structured rootcause assessment methods to ensure safe and reliable performance
- You shall provide training to junior employees and guide plant techniciansthrough complex operational tasks with clarity and confidence
- Deliver comprehensive project plans for maintenance overhaul objectives andtake responsibility for clear execution from planning through completion
- Additionally estimate and manage project costs and schedules across all phaseswhile defining cost of ownership for new systems and serving as a leadershipinterface to the customer
- Furthermore apply Project Management Institute principles in daily taskexecution and tool development while championing new ideas, innovativeapproaches, and productivity-enhancing solutions, including making effectivepresentations to leaders and internal and external stakeholders and maintainingexpert knowledge of new technologies with occasional domestic travel and on-callsupport as required
What makes you great - You are a degreed engineering professional with a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering and at least four years of experience in process engineering and project management
- You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills that strengthen collaboration across operational and technical teams
- In addition you should be proficient with Microsoft products and comfortable learning enterprise systems such as JD Edwards
- You shall uphold strong technical capability with familiarity in programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, and supervisory control and data acquisition systems
- Additionally you bring the ability to travel up to five percent of the time to support project tasks and construction while maintaining readiness to climb ladders and work at heights
