Position Summary Terra-Vaults is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role partners with operations and executive management to improve profitability, control costs, manage inventory, and provide financial insights that support business growth. Primary Responsibilities • Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities. • Manage month-end close, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. • Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis. • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics. • Partner with operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. • Support pricing analysis, capital investments, and strategic decision-making. • Supervise accounting, purchasing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative functions. • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax reporting requirements. • Drive continuous process improvements across finance and operations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred). • 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience. • Strong cost accounting and inventory management background. • Experience leading accounting or administrative teams. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; NetSuite ERP experience preferred. • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. • Spanish language skills are a plus.
