Information about #32664 Plant ControllerWork Location: This role works on site at our Cuyahoga Falls Manufacturing/Distribution Center most days of the weekRole ObjectiveThe Plant Controller is responsible for the financial planning & analysis, business partnership and operational control functions for one of two manufacturing campuses. This role ensures excellent financial and operational performance of Clorox Purell's manufacturing operations while safeguarding the company's Supply Chain resources and assets. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to one of our Plant Operations Directors, providing data, insights, critical problem solving and recommendatons leading to continuous improvement of our Supply Chain Manufacturing operations. Integral partner to SCLT (supply chain leadership team).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Deliver the financial and operational reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations at one of our manufacturing/districbution centers
- Establish cost and performance targets, including financial and operational forecasts, budgets and longer range strategic plans
- Partner with Corporate Accounting to establish standard product costs, including material cost inputs and standard labor and overhead rates
- Lead cost savings and working capital efficiency initiatives
- Participates in Plant Leadership Team, guiding and leading site performance
- Provide trusted business partnership for one of our plant Operations Directors - support by providing information, analysis, insights, problem solving, strategy development and indirect leadership
- Partner with the Operations Finance Director to drive Supply Chain Performance - including but not limited to cost reduction, margin expansion and working capital efficiency
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum six (6) years' experience working in Finance, Supply Chain and/or other financial roles
- Experience establishing cost and performance targets, forecasts, budgets and longer range strategic plans in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Applicable knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Experience using financial, analytical and data visualization tools (SAP/S4, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau helpful)
- Ability to see and understand whole system/big picture needs with the ability to drill in and solve point specific problems
- Strategic and analytical mindset - ability to connect data trends and insights to business performance, driving recommendations
- Ability to work in ambiguous settings while still managing to important timelines and milestones
Supervision/Coordination- Reports to the Operations Finance Director
- Collaborates directly with SCLT, FP&A, Operations Finance, Accounting and multiple supply chain workgroups and Enterprise teams

Travel RequirementsOvernight Travel - sporadic - required.

Compensation & BenefitsThe expected starting pay for this role is between 111,500.00 - 153,300.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
