Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience, including about 7 years in manufacturing/plant environments
• Experience with international manufacturing groups
• Strong skills in project management and business transformation
• Ability to lead financial operations for businesses over USD 25 million
• Adaptability in complex, fast-paced industrial environments
• MBA and CPA preferred
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting
• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and management reporting
• Oversee inventory costing and cost control initiatives
• Conduct ROI and business case analyses as well as capex proposals
• Manage profitability assessment and pricing approval processes
• Drive cost savings through supplier management and logistics optimization
• Support digitalization and automate financial processes
