This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
Job Responsibilities: - Support the site supply planning process
- Release Purchase Orders (POs) for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)
- Support PO release activities and follow up on pending payments
- Conduct regular vendor payment follow-ups to ensure timely processing and resolution of payment delays
- Create and manage tickets for urgent payment requests and escalations
- Investigate and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse to resolve sales order (SO) issues impacting shipping and delivery activities
- Establishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management.
Job Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain operations, order management, or materials handling.
- Proficiency in Purchase Order (PO) and STO/STPO management.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor and supplier relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of invoice reconciliation and payment resolution processes.
- Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain coordination.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems and supply chain software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.
While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
