What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
- Extensive experience with Project Controls, Planning, and Scheduling, preferably within the oil and gas industry
- Supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership in project environments
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 (Primavera Project Planner)
- Strong influencing, mentoring, and consulting skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing project priorities and urgent operational demands
- Willingness to work overseas, relocate as needed, and thrive in team-oriented settings
Additional Skills That Enhance Your Profile:
- Experience in project forecasting and trend analysis
- Familiarity with work breakdown structures (WBS), control estimates, and project interface management
- Capability to develop and review recovery and corrective action plans
- Knowledge of regulatory and permitting interface schedules
- Previous oil and gas industry experience is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline
- Minimum of [5] years in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within a high-stakes environment
- Supervisory experience leading project teams or contractor schedules
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, 60 hours/week)
- Ability to travel abroad and relocate to project sites as necessary
- Compensation of $83.00/hour, with a $120/day truck allowance (paid 6 days/week), and a $125/day per diem (paid 6 days/week)
- Duration of assignment: 12+ months with potential for extension
