Qualifications

• Experience in project management, overseeing multiple development projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of affordable housing and TOD projects on O?ahu.
• Negotiate and document agreements related to public-private partnerships.
• Coordinate with other city departments on development projects.
• Manage the development of real property to meet City priorities.
• Conduct planning, design, and operational activities for housing initiatives.
