The Department of Housing and Land Management (DHLM) is seeking a Planner VII (Housing Development) to support the development and delivery of affordable housing and transit-oriented development (TOD) projects across Oʻahu. This position leads functions, operations and activities of the Housing Development Division related to the development of real property for City operational needs and priorities including housing, affordable housing, mixed use and Transit Oriented Development. Activities include leading the negotiation and documentation of public private partnership agreements, development agreements, and other documents related to the use of real property, as well as planning, design, and development activities on City properties in coordination with other City departments.
