Graham is actively recruiting for a Planner & Scheduler supporting the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, the Planner & Scheduler plays a key role in supporting project success through the development and management of integrated project schedules, critical path analysis, progress reporting, risk mitigation, and collaboration with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Develop, maintain, and update CPM project schedules for complex construction projects using contract requirements and industry best practices
  • Resource and Cost load the schedule to produce S-curves and histograms
  • Analyze critical path activities, schedule performance, and project progress to identify risks, delays, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain baseline schedules and key project milestones
  • Produce short-term look-ahead schedules, schedule reports, variance analyses, and performancemetrics to support project execution
  • Lead schedule mitigation planning, delay analysis, and corrective action discussions to keep projects on track and support schedule-related claims


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education: Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Technology (or related discipline); Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, EIT, P.Eng., or CET designations considered an asset
  • Experience: 3+ years of planning and scheduling experience supporting civil infrastructure, industrial, and water/wastewater construction projects, including full project lifecycle involvement and direct site exposure
  • Software & Technical Requirements: Proficiency with Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, progress tracking, and schedule reporting
  • Additional Requirements: Direct site exposure to the construction industry

Compensation
  • Salary Range $95,000 to $125,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
