Full Job Description
About the Role

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Planner to support our Amazon and DTC business across bareMinerals, Laura Mercier, and Buxom in North America (US, CA, MX). In this role, you'll manage forecasting, inventory planning, stock management, and performance tracking to ensure our products are available and optimized on Amazon and on our branded websites and third-party marketplaces.

This is a business-critical role in a fast-paced environment that requires strong analytical skills, a sharp business mindset, and the organization to juggle competing priorities without losing the details. You should understand how forecasting decisions flow through to demand, inventory availability, and ultimately sales and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly forecasting and order creation across all three brands for Amazon, Buy with Prime on Amazon Seller Central, our branded websites and TikTok Shop
  • Manage stock flow from ordering to coordination with the operations team, tracking progress through to availability at Amazon FCs and DTC warehouses
  • Oversee inventory planning at a SKU-level and stock management to reduce out-of-stocks and meet demand
  • Balance and allocate inventory across DTC and TikTok Shop, prioritizing demand and minimizing lost sales when supply is constrained
  • Monitor sales trends and align forecasts with marketing and promotional calendars. Proactively identify sales opportunities based on available inventory or over-supply
  • Plan inventory for peak and tentpole moments (e.g., Prime Day, holiday, and TikTok Shop campaigns) to ensure coverage during high-demand periods
  • Track and analyze key KPIs such as sell-through, in-stock rates, forecast accuracy, and days of supply, partnering with Merchandising, Account and Supply teams to notify of inventory risk
  • Use data to identify risks, inform decision-making, and drive planning improvements. Leverage planning tools and ERP systems to manage inventory data and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams to support launches, promotional events, and supply chain planning
  • Manage TikTok Shop inventory and fulfillment, partnering with the social commerce team to support live shopping events, monthly sampling and creator-driven demand
  • Forecast new product launches and incorporate marketing and brand objectives into demand plans across all three brands
  • Maintain ASIN-level reporting with a focus on accuracy, insights, and continuous improvement
  • Manage aged and excess inventory, recommending markdowns, promotions, or reallocation to protect margin and free up working capital
  • Support optimization of Amazon operations and product availability
  • Serve as the inventory point of contact for DTC and Amazon teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to support monthly S&OP processes and inventory reconciliation.

Key Stakeholders
