  • Support schedule tracking, updates, and reporting
  • Ensure proper coordination of civil work required for equipment setting and structural/foundation readiness
  • Promote strong safety performance and adherence to refinery standards

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial environments
  • Proven experience working with rotating equipment (compressors strongly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of civil and foundation work related to equipment installation or modification
  • Experience in:

    • Maintenance planning

  • Experience working directly with:

    • Maintenance personnel
    • Field supervision
    • Contractors
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a field-based, high-demand environment with extended work hours
  • Strong field execution mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to bridge planning with real-world maintenance and construction activities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Effective communicator across maintenance, operations, and contractor teams
  • Comfortable working extended schedules (5-6 days/week, 12-hour shifts)
  • Team-oriented with a focus on safe, reliable execution

Preferred:
