What You'll Do- Support case evaluation, strategy development, and legal research
- Handle complaints, discovery, meet-and-confer letters, motions, and briefs
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Work directly with clients to understand their experiences and goals
- Assist with preparing cases for hearings, settlement, or trial
- Collaborate closely with firm management, paralegals, and intake team members
- Perform additional responsibilities that support excellent case outcomes
Who You Are- Licensed in PA with 2+ years of experience
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Passion for representing employees and advancing workplace justice
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
- Organized, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Experience or interest in employment law (internships/clinics) a plus
