Essential Functions:- Seeking an individual to be utilized in a blended role supporting technical and project managerial needs with a concentration in pipelines and storage facilities.
- Function as part of Keystone's Mandeville or Metairie Office Multi-Discipline Project Team to ensure effective and successful execution of pipeline projects across a diverse Oil & Gas Client base supporting natural gas and liquids, pump stations, compressor stations, metering skids, pigging facilities, and product storage.
- Performs pipeline engineering tasks, including, but not limited to, basic pipeline engineering calculations involving sizing, hydraulics, pressure drops, wall thickness, etc.
- Provide direction and oversight to design/drafting staff to develop high-quality design deliverables for construction.
- Reviews vendor-provided data, documentation, and drawings.
- Evaluates, selects, and applies appropriate standards, engineering methods, procedures, materials, and installation details.
- Ensures that pipeline design meets industry best practices, pertinent codes and standards, governing regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinates work and collaborates with other engineering disciplines on design deliverables.
- Prepares and/or assists with conceptual studies, designs, budgetary estimates, and constructability reviews.
- Participate in Proposal Development to include confirmation of scope, staffing requirements, extended labor & expense cost estimates, and schedule milestones.
- Reviews and checks the work of other project team members.
- Works effectively within established budgets and deadlines.
- Identifies issues across projects, leads solution development, and ensures solutions are implemented.
- Conducts/participates in regular team meetings and ensures effective project communications occur, and action items are completed.
- Work with the Mapping Team to produce alignment drawings and coordinate with regulatory agencies, ROW, environmental, and archeological personnel involved in project execution.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSME Preferred) from ABET
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pipeline projects
- Experience and knowledge of Pipeline industry regulatory codes and standards, such as ASME, API, AWWA, ASTM, and MSS specifications.
- Specific knowledge of ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, and CFR.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
