Commercial Pipefitting Foreman - Mechanical Construction
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay: $37-$43 per hour (DOE)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Commercial Pipefitting Foreman to lead pipefitting crews on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience installing and supervising mechanical piping systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities - Supervise and lead pipefitting crews on commercial mechanical construction projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping isometric drawings.
- Install and oversee installation of chilled water, heating water, condenser water, process piping, and related mechanical systems.
- Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman pipefitters.
- Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
Qualifications - 5+ years of commercial pipefitting experience.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Pipefitter preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical piping systems and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating crews on active commercial construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
