Qualifications

• Expertise in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne SSO, and PingDirectory
• Proven experience in implementing Single-SignOn (SSO) solutions
• Familiarity with protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
• Ability to monitor and audit privileged access to various systems
• Skilled in developing metrics and alerts for monitoring
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices
• Proficient in Java/Python programming and scripting with Arm Templates or Ansible
• Working knowledge of RDBMS/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve access issues effectively
• Establish IdP and SP connections, and configure policies in PingFederate
• Manage access tokens and policies for OIDC in PingFederate
• Create and implement applications and authorization rules in PingAccess
• Onboard new applications to PingAccess and PingFederate
• Respond to and manage ServiceNow tickets
• Provide 24x7 on-call support
• Oversee the renewal of security certificates
• Monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
